Violetto Botanicals offers the following Return Policy options:

(*The retail value of the exchanged product must be the same as the retail value of the product being returned. Limited Edition Products can not be given as replacement.)
In order to complete 1 of the 3 options listed above, you MUST return your item(s) back to Violetto Botanicals within 30 days from the receipt date of the purchase through Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service for confirmation of delivery dates along with a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase and a completed Product Return Form.
You must have BOTH your invoice and a Product Return Form included in your return or Violetto Botanicals can not guarantee an Online Store Credit/Exchange/Full Refund. In order for us to ensure prompt and accurate delivery for an Online Store Credit/Exchange/Full Refund, please note that if you do not include all necessary information on your Product Return Form or if it is incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate, your request will not be processed.
Please note that all items on clearance are final sale and are non-returnable.
Please DO NOT send money/cheques with returns.
Violetto Botanicals is not responsible for lost or damaged packages through Canadian postal services. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of all receipts and forms for your records with tracking information and insure your parcel, in case of loss or damages by Canada Post.
Please send item(s) back with the original packaging (if possible). If your returned items are shipped in a regular mailing envelope or non-padded envelope, an Online Store Credit, Exchange or Full Refund will not be processed as items mailed in such packaging are nearly all destroyed. So please make sure that your items are carefully secure and adequately packaged.
All original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
All postage and delivery charges for returned items to Violetto Botanicals for an Online Store Credit/Exchange/Full Refund are the responsibility of the customer.
All re-delivery and postage charges for Online Store Credit and Exchange item(s) from Violetto Botanicals will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Violetto Botanicals does not accept C.O.D's (Cash on Delivery).
Violetto Botanicals reserves the right to refuse an Online Store Credit/Exchange/Full Refund if the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, damaged or used. Due to the nature of our products and for health and sanitary reasons, they can not be resold if the item has been used or opened. All items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and fit for resale.
If item(s) meet these conditions, Violetto Botanicals will then issue an Online Store Credit/Exchange/Full Refund of the value of the returned items within 30 days from the date the return order was received by Violetto Botanicals.

In-Stock? or Not-in-Stock?
This website does not keep live inventory but we do our best to try to manually adjust it as soon as an order comes through or if something is sold out. If for some reason you order something that we do not have in stock, we will email you and let you know as soon as possible and we will give you the option of a different product for the same price or a refund or we will let you know when or if we will have what you want again. We take huge steps to make sure that you get exactly what you order.

If you would like to change or modify your order after it has been placed on the Violetto Botanicals website, there will be an administration charge of $10.00 CAN. Please email your request to us and you will be sent a separate PayPal invoice for the administration fee and any additional cost for your requested products. Once the payment has been received your order will be processed. Please know that this may delay the shipment of your order.
Order Cancellation Fees
If you require an online order to be cancelled for any
reason, a cancelation fee will apply.
Cancelation fees for orders that are under $100 are $5.00 CAN.
Cancelation fees for orders that are over $100 are $10.00 CAN.
