USA Orders Shipping Information


For orders being sent to the USA to our American customers, you will be contacted via email with the exact amount of shipping costs once we confirm how much it will be with Canada Post.  You will only pay what we pay to have it shipped to you.  An additional invoice will be sent to you via PayPal and once payment has been received your order will be mailed to you.   You can use your tracking number on the Canada Post website until it crosses the border.  Once your package is in the USA, you can track the item on the USPS website at www.usps.com.  Please follow the tracking instructions on their website.

UK Orders Shipping Information 


For orders being sent to the UK to our British customers, you will be contacted via email with the exact amount of shipping costs once we confirm how much it will be with Canada Post.  You will only pay what we pay to have it shipped to you.  An additional invoice will be sent to you via PayPal and once payment has been received your order will be mailed to you.  Please know that International orders do not automatically include a tracking number as generally the cost is double for international shipping.  Should you wish to have a tracking number added please request it during your check out process in the “notes” section on PayPal.  Violetto Botanicals will contact you regarding the cost of shipping before your order is processed.  If you decided not to request a tracking number to your order when you are checking out your purchase, Violetto Botanicals will not be responsible for lost orders.

  For All Orders... 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service with insurance and a tracking number within 7 business days after full payment has been received and funds have cleared.  You will receive an email when your order has been shipped along with your tracking number.  To check the status of your order, click on the Canada Post logo and enter your tracking number.   
 

Please keep in mind that it may take longer to receive your order during peak holiday times regardless of which country your item is being delivered to.  If we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders and there might be a significant delay before your order can be shipped to you we will email you.  Please know that large custom orders do not follow our typical shipping schedule.  


Violetto Botanicals is not responsible for any additional customs or import delivery charges that a customer might encounter when receiving their order.  These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their contact and mailing information is correct and up to date on their PayPal.  Please be sure that your PayPal information is up to date and has your correct shipping address and contact information before checking out and completing your order.  Violetto Botanicals is not responsible if a customer has made an error and has provided an incorrect addresses or the package is non-deliverable or the shipment has been refused.  If a package has been returned to Violetto Botanicals marked "Unclaimed", "Refused", "Invalid Address" or "Returned", the customer will be contacted and have the option to have their order refunded less the cost of all shipping charges and fees that Violetto Botanicals will be charged by Canada Post to receive the package related to the transaction and a 25% restocking fee OR they can have their order re-shipped and pay the fee charged to Violetto Botanicals by Canada Post along with the additional shipping charges for the package to be re-delivered. 

If we have shipped you the wrong product in error, please email us and let us know.  Don't worry about having to send it back to us, you can keep it! 

There is no local pick up service or third party shipping carrier.  We do not charge a handling fee.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  We reserve the right to decline shipping on orders outside of Canada.  Violetto Botanicals is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.  All items that are purchased from Violetto Botanicals are made pursuant to a shipment contract which means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  If your item is damaged, any claim for a carrier damaged item must be notified to us within 48 hours after receipt of your delivery and a photo of the damage is required.  Violetto Botanicals can not be responsible for, or able for issue of a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified after 48 hours (2 business day) after delivery date. To ensure a prompt resolution, please keep your receipts, packaging materials and damaged item for inspection by the carrier.  Any re-ship or refund will be processed following product inspection.   
 

PayPal is the safest & most secure way to pay. The only method of payment we accept right now is PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.  PayPal accepts all major forms of credit cards, bank account & e-check payments.  E-check payments and standard bank payments from your bank account will take up to 10 days to clear.  PayPal will do all currency conversions to allow you to place an order no matter what currency you are paying with.  All orders will be held until full payment has been completed.
